ICRX is built by a race team, for race teams — and we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated. This page covers the personal data you share through icrxms.com (the marketing site and its waitlist form). The ICRX application at app.icrxms.com is covered separately in-app.
Who we are
ICRX ("we") is operated by Isaac Castellà. For anything on this page, contact privacy@icrxms.com.
What we collect, and why
Only what you type into the waitlist form. Nothing is collected in the background — no analytics, no advertising trackers, no fingerprinting.

Legal basis (GDPR). We process this on your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it any time (see “Your rights”).
Cookies & tracking
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The site stores a single value in your browser's local storage — your light/dark theme choice — which never leaves your device and identifies no one. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no third-party font provider sees your visit.
Who processes it
We don't sell or share your data. It's handled only by the services that run the site, each under their own data-processing terms:
- Supabase — stores waitlist entries. Database hosted in the EU (Ireland, eu-west-1).
- Vercel — hosts the site and the form endpoint.
- Resend — sends the notification email that reaches us when you sign up.
- Google Workspace — the inbox we reply from.
How long we keep it
Until the founding cohort is closed and the waitlist is retired, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Ask any time and it's gone.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data, or to stop using it. One email to privacy@icrxms.com does it — no forms, no hoops. If you're in the EU/EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this page changes materially, we'll update the date above. This is v1.0.
